Eddie McDonald entered the nightlife/hospitality industry in 1997 as a DJ for Andrew Sasson’s chic Jet Lounge in NYC’s Soho district. McDonald’s connection with Sasson led to his relocation to Las Vegas in 2002 to DJ exclusively for Sasson and help him establish The Light Group’s musical identity for their rapidly expanding portfolio of projects. McDonald’s role with Light Group, in addition to Resident DJ, was the Corporate Program Director
In 2011, after nearly 14 years with Sasson, McDonald stepped down from his position with Light Group to explore an opportunity with Angel Management Group (later Hakkasan Group) to be their Program Director and Resident DJ for their upcoming projects in Atlantic City. After nearly three successful and productive years in Atlantic City, McDonald returned to Las Vegas to launch The MAC Agency in late 2016.
Omar Galeano brings over a decade of success at the forefront of vibe dining and nightlife working with high volume food and beverage concepts. Throughout his career, Galeano has managed talent programming for several top tier properties as well as corporate entertainment for major fortune 500 companies.
With a background in artist management, event coordination, venue operations, AV systems installations and much more, Galeano brings an unmatched skill set to the hospitality industry with a focus on experience programming, marketing, entertainment and venue positioning.
Morgan began his journey in the entertainment industry through a decade of show/tour management work with the masked dance crew Jabbawockeez. Terrible dancer as he is, he prefers to move audiences through storytelling and content creation. He cultivates the marketing presence of MAC, keeping content flowing and the brand inspired.
You can catch Morgan snapping pictures of MAC artists performing or DJing as Technicolor at many MAC Agency venues. He is a connoisseur of classic films, 90’s music and dogs of all breeds. Morgan earned a Bachelor’s in Film from UNLV and an MBA from Western Governors University.
